THAT CLOSE TO DEATH

If it was not for a quick jump to the side, I would not be here writing this post. As the car closed up on me, my life just flashed by. All the memories, all my dreams - many yet unfulfilled. Everything. It was like a God-sent notice - "your time has come, woman". But suddenly, it felt as if some kind of a power - I don't know internally or externally - pulled to one side. A second life was born.

This one incident has certainly changed me and has made me realize that life is, indeed, unpredictable. Thus, its important to live each day like there is no tomorrow. And live each moment like there will be none thereafter.

The last few days have been very erratic. I've hardly slept, worked a lot, and utilized my stored energy in whatever ways possible. It's coming to a point where I'm just breaking down - physically and mentally. But there are four things that are keeping me going - my family, my work, my friends... and my pillar of strength. I love you all.
